If you are a teacher who uses HMH’s programs, let’s work together and empower teachers to connect with each other, share expertise, and amplify innovative teaching happening every day.
Why become an HMH ambassador?
Both HMH Teacher Ambassadors and Content Contributors act as education leaders in their own community and Teacher’s Corner. Here are the benefits:
- Extend your professional network
- Deliver live online professional learning
- Gain recognition as a leader
- Get sneak peeks into new program features and platform updates
- Impact other teachers’ implementations with tips, advice, and model lessons
- Grow your skills by learning from industry experts
- Be creative by developing resources in partnership with the Teacher’s Corner team
- Test new program features or join an advisory board
Three different ways to get involved
HMH Teacher Ambassador
HMH Teacher Ambassadors are teachers with at least two years of proven success in implementing both HMH programs and high-yielding instructional routines. Ambassadors not only participate as a Contributor, but they also spread the word in and out of the HMH community and Ed Platform.
Here are some examples of what Ambassadors do:
- Participate in development projects with HMH’s product development teams
- Present at Teacher’s Corner virtual conferences
- Present at a national conference, such as the International Literacy Association (ILA) Conference and Model Schools Conference
- Share expertise and results in tutorial videos and blogs
HMH Content Contributor
Leveraging their daily use of Ed and expertise with the platform, Content Contributors support answering questions, interact in both the Ed platform and larger HMH community, and share artifacts and lesson plans. This group of teachers also facilitates Teacher Success Pathway sessions during peak seasons, such as Back-to-School, and live events, such as Model Lessons and Make and Takes throughout the year.
Here are some examples of what Contributors do:
- Answer questions in HMH’s Facebook community
- Contribute Program Support resources for Teacher’s Corner on Ed
- Share lesson plans and My Stuff lessons
- Post artifacts and program tips in the community and on Ed
HMH Community Uplifter
A Community Uplifter is any member of the Teacher’s Corner Facebook Group that engages with posts, spreads the word about new features on Ed and live events, uses provided resources to present at faculty or district meetings, and shares feedback with HMH’s Facebook community team.
We’d love to hear your ideas, too! Connect with us to become a part of the program.
